Business methods are still patentable in Canada

So we finally got the decision from the Federal Court of Appeal in the famous Amazon.com case in Canada. This is a very important decision for us since there is not a lot of jurisprudence on the subject of the patentability of business methods and software innovations in Canada.
That being said, my opinion is that there are great chances that this case goes up to the Supreme Court.
